  • communicate with parents, guardians or organisations;

  • provide the agreed programme or service;

  • manage attendance;

Legal basis: consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by using an unsubscribe link, where available, or by emailing hello@artkid.lu.

  • maintain website security;

  • prevent misuse or unauthorised access;

  • identify technical errors;

  • administer the website;

  • maintain reliable website and form operation.

ART KID aims to collect only information reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Service providers process personal data for the relevant service purposes and according to their contractual and legal obligations.

Wix provides privacy and consent-management tools, including cookie controls and tools for handling data-access and deletion requests, but the website operator remains responsible for configuring them appropriately.

2.7 International data transfers

Some service providers used by ART KID may operate internationally or use infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area.

Where personal data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, the relevant provider may rely on safeguards recognised by applicable data-protection law, including:

  • optional marketing subscriptions: until consent is withdrawn or the email address becomes inactive;

  • booking and programme records: for the duration of the relationship and for any additional period reasonably required for administrative, safeguarding or legal purposes;

2.10 Cookies and similar technologies

The ART KID website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Essential technologies

These are necessary for core website functions, security, form operation, session management and preference storage.

They may operate without optional consent where legally permitted.

Functional technologies

These support optional website functions and visitor preferences.

Analytics technologies

These help ART KID understand how visitors use the website and identify areas for improvement.

Marketing technologies

These may be used to measure advertising performance, record conversions or support advertising activities.

Where consent is required, non-essential functional, analytics and marketing technologies are activated only according to the visitor’s cookie choices.

Visitors can accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies through the website’s cookie banner. Wix provides a consent banner that allows visitors to accept or decline non-essential cookies and supports consent management.

Cookie choices can be changed or withdrawn through the Cookie Settings link in the website footer.

2.11 Forms

When you submit a form, the information is used only for the purposes explained in or near that form and in this Privacy Policy.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing communications.

Where an optional marketing checkbox is provided:

  • it will not be selected in advance;

  • it is not required in order to submit the enquiry;

  • refusing it will not prevent ART KID from responding to the original request.

2.12 Data security

ART KID uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against:

  • unauthorised access;

  • accidental loss;

  • alteration;

  • misuse;

  • disclosure.
